Payment Policy

Payment Policy :

• Payment 1 : 50% Payment at the time of booking.
• Payment 2 : Remaining 50% - at least one month before the start of the trip.
• Flights tickets, Train Tickets and Safari bookings in National Parks and Wildlife sanctuaries can only be reserved and booked against receipt of Payment 1.

Bank Transfer from within India & Sri Lanka

• A normal bank transfer generally takes 2-3 hrs to a maximum 1 working day before it is credited to an account in India.
• A personal bank check will take approximately 3-4 days to be credited to the designated account.

Bank Transfer from outside India & Sri Lanka

• A normal bank transfer may take between 4-6 working days (or longer) before it is credited to an account  
• SWIFT Bank transfers to India or Sri Lanka are readily available and only take 3-4 working days to arrive.
• IMPORTANT: The Indian Banking system does NOT recognize IBAN numbers for transfers.

Credit Card / Debit Card / Pay Pal

• We accept Credit / Debit Card and Paypal payments. However, these attract a service charge to the total cost.

Important

We always bill our invoices on INR (Indian Rupees) value. If you are making payment by foreign currency or bank transfer from outside India, then the amount transferred needs to include the currency fluctuation margin and respective bank charges.
